About Ojas
Ayurvedic doctor, Dr Sarita Vaidya (M. D. Ayurveda), is the recipient of ‘Vagbhat Grantha Puraskar’ by International Ayurved Association. She is the founder of Ojas Ayurvedic Center.
She is probably the best Ayurvedic Doctor in Pune having more than 28 years of purely Ayurvedic Treatment and Medicines Practice Experince. Dr. Sarita Vaidya is the founder of Ojas Ayurvedic Centre. She passed B.A.M.S. with honors from Pune University and completed her M.D. in Medicine (kayachikitsa) in 1993.
Ayurveda cannot be learned from books alone. It is a science which is passed from one expert to another in a Guru-Shishya parampara. Dr. Vaidya has worked with senior ayurved experts as well. She has extensively studied the human psychology, which is the root cause of many a psycho-somatic illnesses.
Dr. Sarita Vaidya believes that medicines cannot cure a patient in isolation. She treats patients after in-depth understanding of history and one-on-one counseling
Ayurvedic Treatment Methodology
Ojas Ayurvedic Clinic has a holistic approach to treatment. Each case is studied thoroughly. Along with the major complaints and disorders of the patient, a detail input is taken about patient’s diet, work-pattern and lifestyle. This enables to take a unique approach in treatment. Treatment comprises of Ayurvedic Medicines, Ayurvedic Panchakarma Therapies, Ayurvedic Diet Plan and Councelling. Such a holistic approach, leaves no stone unturned in the treatment and thus helps patient to get complete sense of well-being.

Have conducted corporate training programs for various corporate companies specific to their lifestyle management , customised trainings for staff as well as Executives and CEO’S of the Corporates and Organisations.
A complete annual healthcare program and training given to 150 staff (male and female) in a pharmaceutical company. The outcome was improvement in dietary habits and menstrual irregularities in females and dietary improvement with control on addictions in males.
